On a corner of Núñez, where a soda factory’s mechanical workshop once stood, a wine bar and a restaurant that works without gas —fire as the protagonist— now live under the same high ceilings. A space with no separations between our guests and those of us who work here.

Fire is our meeting point and our inspiration. In the restaurant we work without gas —clay oven, plancha and grill—, letting local, seasonal produce be the true protagonist.

You enter NESS through a wine bar, no reservation needed. It has its own menu, different from the restaurant’s, to eat here and live a different experience inside NESS.

Leo Lanussol, now in partnership with Esteban Cigliutti, founded NESS: their new fire-driven venture in Buenos Aires, in a high-ceilinged former soda factory with an industrial spirit in Núñez. A space designed so there are no separations between our guests and the working spaces.
